HFF secures financing; doubling lease commitment; credit unions combine.
HFF, based in Florham Park, announced Monday it has arranged $32 million in financing for Hudson Valley Plaza, a 605,722-square-foot retail center in Kingston, N.Y. HFF worked on behalf of HUH US Real Estate Income REIT Inc., an affiliate of Morristown-based Hampshire Cos., to secure the seven-year, fixed-rate loan through an unnamed life insurance company.
North American Video, in Brick, announced Monday the acquisition of Nexus Technologies Group. Nexus operates from offices in New York; Philadelphia; and Harrisburg, Pa. Financial terms were not announced.
Newmark Knight Frank represented GalaxE Solutions Inc. in its 51,000-square-foot lease renewal and expansion at 2 Executive Drive, in the Somerset section of Franklin, where the company’s space will more than double in size. Newmark Knight Frank also secured space for the firm in Detroit; London; Delhi; India; and Guangzhou, China.
Following a unanimous vote of its membership last week, St. Vincent’s Employees Federal Credit Union has approved a merger with McGraw-Hill Federal Credit Union, based in East Windsor. As a result of the merger, St. Vincent’s 1,300 members will now have access to McGraw-Hill products and services.
