Besler Consulting, a Princeton-based financial and operational consultancy to health care providers, announced Wednesday the expansion of its care coordination and compliance practice with the integration of Dr. Frank L. Urbano into the organization.
The Bank of Princeton announced Wednesday it has elected to extend its current offering of common stock, as contemplated by its offering circular dated June 30. The bank, based in Princeton, anticipates that subscriptions will be accepted until Oct. 15 at 5 p.m.
Senesco Technologies Inc., in Bridgewater announced Wednesday it has finalized a clinical trial agreement with Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, Minn., to study the company’s therapeutic candidate for the treatment of multiple myeloma.
Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, in Galloway, has entered a cooperative agreement with Cornell University School of Hotel Administration for students in Stockton’s hospitality and tourism program and SHA students in the management internship program. Cornell students participating in internships in the Atlantic City area will have the opportunity for housing at Stockton’s Seaview Resort. Additionally, Cornell students may enroll in select Stockton courses during their internship semesters, and Stockton students will have opportunities for entrance into Cornell’s graduate programs.
