Livingston firm to design South Orange development; KBS announces five Metropark leases; Princeton relocation.
Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers Inc., based in Livingston, has been retained by South Orange Commons III LLC to design a mixed-use development in South Orange, the firm announced Monday. When complete, the development will have 57 one- and two-bedroom rental units, as well as 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
KBS Realty Advisors finalized five leases, totaling 94,632 square feet, at its 616,491-square-foot Woodbridge Corporate Plaza complex in Metropark, in the Iselin section of Woodbridge, the company announced Monday.
Chilworth Global announced Monday it has relocated its North American headquarters in Princeton. In addition to housing the company’s growing work force, the new facility features four expanded process safety testing laboratories and a training theater that houses its safety academy.
