Environmental firm expands; Honeywell buys portfolio; brokerage group sold. Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants P.C. has relocated its New Jersey office to a larger facility in Saddle Brook and has expanded its environmental services, the company announced Tuesday. The new office and New Jersey market will be led by Charles DiMarco. Wiss Real Estate Solutions, in Livingston, announced Tuesday it has assisted two real estate funds with acquisition due diligence transactions. Wiss advised Bon Aviv Investments, of Englewood, on the purchase of a 218,205-square-foot retail complex, in Columbus, Ohio, for about $13.3 million. Wiss also advised Mitsui Fudosan America Inc. on an acquisition of The Homer Building, a 421,000-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C., valued at $315 million. Honeywell International, in Morris Township, announced Monday that it has purchased Parsippany-based Evonik Industries‘ portfolio of manufacturing technology, including patents, for the production of polyethylene waxes used in a variety of applications, from paints and coatings, to adhesives and inks. Terms were not released. Jersey City-based Aoxing Pharmaceutical announced Wednesday that its operating subsidiary in China, Hebei Aoxing Pharmaceutical Group Co., has signed a three-way financing agreement with Shijiazhuang Construction Investment Group Co. Ltd and China Construction Bank, for a working-capital term loan of about $3.2 million. The loan matures in one year, and carries an annual interest rate of 15 percent. Prudential Financial Inc., in Newark, announced Tuesday the sale of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services to Brookfield Residential Property Services. The sale excludes a financing subsidiary with investments in a limited number of real estate brokerage franchisees. Under a licensing agreement, Prudential real estate brokerage franchisees will be able to continue to use the Prudential brand based on the terms of their franchise agreements. Terms of the sale were not announced.
