Real estate investment firm The Hampshire Cos., in Morristown, announced Friday kosher food distributor Davidson Co. has signed a long-term lease for 120,544 square feet at a warehouse in Newington, Conn.

Home therapy provider Aperture Health Inc., in Fairfield, announced Monday it has signed a letter of intent to acquire New York-based mobile in-home medical practice Doctors on Call.

Novo Nordisk Inc., in Princeton, announced Monday it has formed a one-year research partnership with health care company Humana Inc., in Louisville, Ky., to explore diabetes treatment and care to improve quality and outcomes for patients.
