Drink enhancement agreement, industrial sale, sporting goods partnership.

Food and beverage enhancement supplier Oceans Omega LLC, in Paramus, announced Friday it has signed an agreement with Cott Beverages Inc., in Tampa, Fla., to become the exclusive supplier of omega-3 fatty acids for its beverages distributed in the United States.

The East Rutherford office of commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield Inc. announced Friday it has arranged the $10.7 million sale of a 159,000-square-foot industrial property, in the Somerset section of Franklin, to TA Associates Realty.

Ion Worldwide, a subsidiary of consumer electronics specialist World Wide Licenses Ltd., in the Somerset section of Franklin, announced Friday it has formed a partnership with sports brand marketer Flow Sports Inc., in San Clemente, Calif., to distribute its cameras to major sporting goods chains and specialty sports retailers throughout the United States.
