Retail real estate firm Levin Management Corp., in North Plainfield, announced Monday that HomeGoods, a subsidiary of The TJX Cos. Inc., has leased 24,000 square feet of space in a 100,000-square-foot mixed-use waterfront redevelopment in Edgewater.

Hunterdon Healthcare System, in Flemington, announced Monday that Cornerstone Family Practice and Hunterdon Family Medicine have merged to become Cornerstone Family Practice, and relocated to the Wescott Medical Arts Center, in Flemington.

The commercial real estate arm of Newmark Associates Inc., in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover, announced Monday it has been retained by Macy’s Inc. to exclusively market and sell its location in the Burlington Center Mall, in Burlington.
