Industrial acquisition, building materials change, pharma partnership.

Prism Capital Partners LLC, in Bloomfield, and The Davis Cos., in Boston, announced Tuesday they have acquired a 180,000-square-foot industrial building, in Elmwood Park, from an affiliate of paper products manufacturer Marcal Manufacturing LLC. Terms were not disclosed.

Building materials supplier Kuiken Brothers Co. Inc., in Fair Lawn, today announced it has changed the name of its commercial building services subsidiary Elmwood Supply, in Garfield, to Kuiken Brothers.

Biopharmaceutical developer Soligenix Inc., in Princeton, today announced that it has entered into a partnership with the Seattle-based Infectious Disease Research Institute to support its efforts in developing biodefense vaccines to ricin and anthrax.
