Shipping e-commerce platform Inttra, in Parsippany, announced Tuesday it has formed a partnership with Denmark-based container market analyst SeaIntel to release a monthly report on reliability measures for the ocean shipping industry.

Construction equipment distributor Foley Inc., in Piscataway, announced Tuesday it has joined the sales and service network of heavy-duty manufacturer Crane Carrier Co., in Tulsa, Okla.

Montclair State University today announced it has formed a partnership with Energenic-US LLC, in the Mays Landing section of Hamilton, to develop a new combined heating, cooling and power system for its campus for $90 million. Energenic is a subsidiary of South Jersey Industries, in Folsom.
