Former executives of American International Group Inc.’s Chartis Global Risk Solutions division today launched Miravast, in Jersey City, a risk management firm in the secondary life insurance market.

Central

Pharmaceutical company Derma Sciences Inc., in Princeton, today announced it signed a definitive agreement to acquire MedEfficiency Inc., in Wheat Ridge, Colo., for $14.5 million in cash to expand its wound care product line.

South

The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority on Wednesday was awarded a $2 million grant and a $48 million loan from the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust Fund to expand sewer capacity in six municipalities.
