Commercial information provider Dun & Bradstreet Inc., in the Short Hills section of Millburn, announced Thursday it has formed a partnership with software consultant firm GlobalSoft Solutions Inc., of Edison, to create software for business data management firm Informatica Corp.

Medical exam provider Hooper Holmes Inc., in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards, announced Thursday that life insurance marketer NBC National Marketing Inc. has chosen it to provide management services.
