Accounting merger, telecommunications license sale, retail deal.

Chatham-based accounting firm Trien, Rosenberg, Weinberg, Ciullo & Fazzari LLP and its New York-based affiliate, Todman & Co. CPAs P.C., announced Monday they have merged into Raich, Ende, Malter & Co. LLP, a New York-based accounting firm. Trien Rosenberg and Todman will operate as divisions of Raich Ende.

Verizon Wireless, in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards, announced Monday it has chosen financial services firms Loop Capital Markets LLC and Stephens Inc. to act as co-advisors for the sale of its spectrum licenses.

Retail real estate firm R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC announced Monday it has brokered a deal between 39 Matawan Road LLC and Walgreens Co. to build a 12,705-square-foot store in Old Bridge.
