Financial services firm Knight Capital Group Inc., in Jersey City, today announced it has agreed to acquire certain assets of the futures division of Penson Financial Services Inc., a subsidiary of Penson Worldwide Inc., for $5 million in cash.

Alternative energy developer Energy Infrastructure Global Inc., in the Mercerville section of Hamilton, today announced it has opened satellite offices in Australia and Micronesia to expand its solar energy markets.

South

Premiere Estates Auction Co., in Manhattan Beach, Calif., announced Thursday it sold a 7,000-square-foot property in Ocean City at auction for $3.8 million.
