Infection prevention equipment provider Cantel Medical Corp., in Little Falls, announced Friday its wholly owned subsidiary acquired chemical indicators manufacturer SPSmedical Supply Corp., in Rochester, N.Y., for $32.5 million in cash to expand its sterility assurance monitoring business for health care facilities.
