Intac Actuarial Services, in Ridgewood, announced Tuesday the acquisition of Pension Engineers, a privately held, third-party pension administration company based in Huntington Beach, Calif. Terms were not disclosed.

The Bank of Princeton announced Tuesday it has concluded its recent capital offering, which culminated in the issuance of more than 620,000 shares of common stock at $13.75 per share. More than $8.5 million in new capital was raised through the offering.
