A $21 million acquisition; partnership on tumor treatment; senior housing sale.

Innophos Holdings Inc. announced Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of Kelatron Corp., of Ogden, Utah, a manufacturer of bioactive mineral nutrients. The acquisition is structured as a stock purchase by Cranbury-based Innophos’ wholly owned subsidiary, Innophos Inc., of Kelatron’s holding company, KI Acquisition Inc., for $21 million.

New Providence-based Axion International Holdings Inc. announced Thursday a new patent has been awarded in the category of fire retardants. This is the third patent that has been issued in this category this year.

Aslan Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company based in Singapore, and Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., in Princeton, announced Thursday an innovative strategic partnership allowing for the rapid development of a Bristol investigational treatment for solid tumors.

Springpoint Senior Living, a Princeton-based provider of senior housing and care, announced the sale of its four assisted-living communities to Brandywine Senior Living, based in Mount Laurel, on Wednesday. The sale closed Nov. 1. The four assisted-living communities are Haddonfield Home Assisted Living, in Haddonfield; Stony Brook Assisted Living, in Pennington; Watchung Ridge Assisted Living, in Watchung; and Waterford Glen Assisted Living, in Wall.
