Advocare, an independent physician groups in Butler, announced Friday that Pediatric Arts of Northern New Jersey has joined Advocare, effective Nov. 1, and is now named Advocare Pediatric Arts.

Indo-US MIM, in Princeton, announced Monday its board of directors has approved a plan to spin off its medical device contract manufacturing services into an independent company, Indo-Med. John Gaspervich, past president of Indo-MIM, has been named president of Indo-Med and has established corporate offices in San Francisco, with large-scale manufacturing systems in Bangalore, India.
