Flash Global Logistics, in the Pine Brook area of Montville, announced Tuesday it has been selected by Palo Alto Networks, the network security company, to handle its aftermarket services for the management of the company’s global spare depots.

KDC Solar LLC, with headquarters in Bedminster, has begun construction on a 6.1-megawatt solar installation for The Lawrenceville School, on the school’s campus in Lawrence Township, the company announced Tuesday. KDC Solar has selected J. Fletcher Creamer & Son Inc., of Hackensack, to install the solar facility, which will generate about 8.6 million kilowatt-hours of solar electricity per year and supply 90 percent of the electric power needs for the school’s facilities.
Apps Genius Corp., based in Red Bank, announced Monday it has signed an exclusive worldwide license with NEP Snooki Enterprises LLC to create, develop, sell and distribute up to eight social games and mobile applications on behalf of “Jersey Shore” personality Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi. The company intends to develop, release and sell four applications and games within one year, with the first app set for release in late November.
A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts Inc. and Sbar’s Inc. announced Tuesday that Nicole Crafts LLC and Sbar’s Acquisition Corp., affiliates of Sbar’s, have commenced the previously announced offer for all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Moorestown-based A.C. Moore for $1.60 per share, net to the seller in cash without interest.
