Social media game developer Verge Game Studios, in Jersey City, today announced it has formed a marketing partnership with snack food manufacturer The Billy Goat Chip Co., in St. Louis, to promote its new Facebook game to consumers.
The solar arm of Public Service Enterprise Group, in Newark, announced Monday it has acquired a $50 million, 15-megawatt solar farm project in Milford, Del., from Juwi Solar Inc., in Boulder, Colo. Construction of the project will begin this month.
The New Jersey branch of commercial real estate firm LeFrak Organization announced Monday it has signed nine office leases totaling 62,440 square feet of space at a 500,000-square-foot, class-A building in Jersey City.
