Oil recovery solutions provider On Track Technologies Solutions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Unity Management Group, in East Hanover, today announced it has signed an agreement to establish production at 52 oil wells in Navarro County, Texas.

Biopharmaceutical developer Soligenix Inc., in Princeton, today announced it has been awarded a two-year, $300,000 research grant by the National Cancer Institute to support the study of its gastrointestinal drug.

Medical technology developer ConvaTec Inc., in the Skillman section of Montgomery, announced Friday it has agreed to acquire Oklahoma City-based urologic medical device supplier 180 Medical Holdings Inc. for $321 million.
