Texas firm acquires clinic; pharma regulatory partnership; Student Transportation finalizes three acquisitions. North Concentra, a Texas-based subsidiary of Humana Inc., announced Thursday it has expanded its customer base and reach in the North Jersey market with the acquisition of The Doctor Is In, of West New York. The Doctor Is In will now operate under the Concentra Urgent Care name. Central Ken Glynn, president and CEO of GreenSmart Stores and Kenergy Scientific Inc., in Flemington, reported Wednesday the company’s health care division has completed the acquisition of two patent application properties relating to single-dose nasal sprays from Corbco Inc. of Green Brook. Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services, in New York, announced Thursday it completed the acquisition of the stock of Princeton-based National Registered Agents Inc., which was initially announced June 14. Terms were not disclosed. Systech International, in Cranbury, and Zetes announced Thursday their partnership. Zetes will sell, install, and support Systech’s serialization solution throughout Europe, allowing pharmaceutical manufacturers to meet global regulatory requirements. Student Transportation Inc. announced Wednesday it has completed three of its previously announced letters of intent, and been awarded 10 contracts to provide pupil transportation, beginning this school year. The Wall-based company said the acquisitions and new contracts will add annualized revenue of over $20 million.
