The merger is expected to create a company with estimated pro forma annual revenue of $1.1 billion, operating in more than 75 countries around the world. Dendrite’s board approved the sale of the company and urges shareholders to give their consent as well. Regulatory approval is also pending. Shares of Dendrite were up $2.73 to $15.52 in morning trading.
