Destination Maternity will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market as of Nov. 18, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Nasdaq determined that the Moorestown retailer is “no longer qualified for listing on the exchange pursuant to listing rules” due to its Oct. 21 bankruptcy filing, according to the SEC filing.
Destination Maternity did not appeal the decision. An auction for its business, announced on Oct. 21, is scheduled for Dec. 9.
The company did not return a request for comment by press time.
