The restaurant rollout continues at The Junction at Gateway Center in Newark.

High-quality fast-food concept 375° Chicken ‘n Fries is the latest eatery to open in the newly redeveloped dining hall, joining Dunkin’, Jersey Mikes, Chip City and fresh&co.

Founded six years ago in New York City’s Lower East Side as a healthier take on traditional comfort food, 375° Chicken ‘n Fries’ menu features flavorful, unexpected takes on chicken and fries with no additives, antibiotics or fillers.

The addition can be found on the east side of Penn Station (Gateway 1, 11-43 Raymond Plaza W.) and is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, noon to 7 p.m. on Saturday and closed on Sunday.

The Junction at Gateway expects to have 10 dining options available by the end of the year, with Farinella Artisanal Pizza and Bakery as the next scheduled opening.

Other restaurant launches slated for 100,000-square-foot retail and hospitality area include:

  • Serafina, a New York City-based “casual-cool” eatery featuring creative twists on Italian classics
  • Mökbar, a Korean small plate concept developed by celebrity chef Esther Choi
  • Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, a shop that serves traditional and specialty dumplings influenced by flavors found in a New York City diner
  • Uncle Willie’s Wings, a Newark-born eatery that combines ’90s hip-hop culture with wings
