Direct Travel buys Maine firm

Direct Travel, Inc., a travel management services company with offices in Paramus, announced Tuesday that it has acquired Hurley Travel Experts in its third acquisition of the year.Hurley Travel Experts is based in Portland, Maine, with adjunct offices in Naples, Florida.

“This acquisition is yet another exciting step forward for Direct Travel,” Ed Adams, CEO of Direct Travel, said in a prepared statement. “It demonstrates our sheer determination to drive our expansion efforts through strong, strategic acquisitions.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
