The Englewood, Colo.-based company has signed a 10-year deal for the space at 3 ADP Blvd., a 75,000-square-foot building off I-280, according to a press release from the joint venture. The tenant is relocating from elsewhere in the state and was expected to move more than 350 customer service and sales positions early this month.
The deal comes after KABR and Capstone spent more than $3 million on improvements to the four-story building, which they acquired in 2012 from Automated Data Processing. The acquisition also included nearby 7 Becker Farm Road, a 90,000-square-foot building that houses ADP and Liberty Mutual.
CBRE represented the Bergen County-based landlords, while Lee & Associates represented Dish Network, the news release said. The deal brings the complex to above 95 percent occupancy.
