More than 85,000 square feet of DMR Architects-designed municipal projects are moving forward throughout New Jersey, with five projects in the construction phase and three in the design phase.
DMR Architects is currently working in more than 15 municipalities throughout the state and has completed more than 300 in its 27-year history.
“We’re supporting municipality’s needs for security, better technology, and overall better service to their residents,” said Lloyd Rosenberg, president and chief executive officerof DMR Architects. “Local governments have to run themselves like for-profit corporations, identifying the needs of their constituents to stay relevant and appealing when people are deciding where to live.”
The following projects are near or currently under construction: Wayne Police Department at Wayne Municipal Complex, Garfield Police Headquarters, Jersey City Police Satellite Station and the Monmouth County Courthouse new security vestibule.
The following projects are currently in the design phase: Township of Montgomery Municipal Complex, Piscataway Sterling Village and Piscataway Police Department.
