The two Jersey-based companies declare quarterly cash dividends to shareholders of record on March 15.DRS Technologies (NYSE: DRS) and J&J Snack Foods (Nasdaq: JJSF) today said that their respective boards have declared quarterly cash dividends to shareholders of record on March 15.
Parsippany-based DRS will pay out a dividend of $.03 per share payable at the end of March, while PennsaukenÂs J&J Snack Foods will dole out $.075 a share starting April 6.
DRS, which employs about 10.000, supplies products, services and support to the military, intelligence community and prime contractors worldwide.
J & J Snack FoodsÂ main products include Superpretzel, and ICEE and Arctic Blast frozen drinks. In New Jersey, the company operates plants in Pennsauken, Bridgeport and Bellmawr; it also has manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania, Texas, Georgia and California.
Shares of DRS gained $0.17 to $48.57, while those of J&J Snack fell $0.25 to $31.34 in noon trading.
