DSR Group rapidly leasing in Woodland Park after multimillion dollar improvement program

Englewood-based DSR Group announced construction on more than 40,000 square feet of space began last month for new tenants at 1225 McBride Ave. in Woodland Park’s premier medical facility.“We are now doing build-outs for an adult day care center and an educational group. Ownership is adding new parking spaces and a canopied main entrance for pick up and drop off. In addition, the heart and vascular group just doubled their size to over 11,000 square feet. This is by far the most beautiful medical property in the area with space available from 2,500 to 30,000 square feet,” Dan Lessing, a principal and real estate broker for DSR, said in a prepared statement.

The multimillion dollar improvement program included expanding the property’s parking lot, interior and exterior signage and a notable art installation.
