E-commerce website SeriousShops.com relocates HQ to Pennsauken

SeriousShops.com, an ecommerce website focused on gifts, has relocated its headquarters from Delran to Pennsauken.

The new headquarters is located at 7055 Central Highway, with Vantage Commercial having represented the company on its lease.

The 20,721-square-foot warehouse and office space is centrally located within the Airport Industrial Park and is in close proximity to the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman Bridges as well as Routes 70, 38 and 130.

“On short notice, and in a tight market, Vantage was instrumental in landing us a new headquarters for SeriousShops.com. We are grateful for [Vantage Sales Associate] Vince Ceroli’s diligence and creativity as well as the connections that Vantage brings to bear in South Jersey,” said Adam Moore, co-president of SeriousShops.com.

Vantage Executive Director Ken Richardson also worked with Moore on the lease.

“We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with a company like SeriousShops and help them secure the new lease for their headquarters. Considering the tight timeline of roughly a month from start to finish and lack of inventory they gave us quite a challenge. However, we were able to meet all of their requirements. Adam and his team were a pleasure to work with,” Ceroli said.
