IMM, which provides e-transaction automation services, is moving its headquarters from Linden to downtown Rahway, it announced Tuesday. The company, which says it provides its services to more than 650 clients, said in a news release that the move to 2 City Hall Plaza will double its square footage to accommodate recent and projected growth.
“The move is incredibly exciting for us,” CEO Chuck Klein said in a prepared statement. “Our new location will benefit our valued employees and contribute to a more efficient working environment, ultimately allowing us to continue to provide the market with superior software solutions.
“IMM is leaving our office space in Linden that we called home for the past 19 years. Although bittersweet, moving to Rahway is representative of a new chapter. We are looking forward to continuing our growth in Rahway, cultivating new talent and delivering relevant e-transaction automation solutions to the market.”
The 2 City Hall Plaza office building is also home to Rahway’s Public Library, IMM said, and centrally located to public transportation.
Some customization of the space is underway, IMM added, with an expected completion in the first quarter.
