Eatontown-based defense contractor names new CEO

An Eatontown-based defense contractor has named a permanent CEO and president, it said Tuesday.Douglas N. Fouser, a former group vice president and general manager at Engility Corporation, was named to lead Engineering Solutions & Products LLC, replacing interim CEO Carla Lucchino, the company said in a news release. Fouser, who has 31 years of strategic planning, business development and government contracting management experience, has also worked for L-3 Communications, ManTech International and Cubic Defense Systems.

“ESP has an excellent reputation with its customers and a deep respect for their critical missions,” he said in a prepared statement. “I am honored to be leading the team at ESP and look forward to building the company into an industry-leading provider of quality services to the U.S. government and their allied partners.”

ESP, which was founded in 2000, has 33 worldwide locations.
