Brillio, a technology advisor and digital transformation provider, has expanded its executive leadership team with the addition of Sandeep Rane as chief delivery officer, the Edison-based company announced June 13.
Rane joins Brillio after a 25-year career with Teaneck-based Cognizant, where he was head of delivery for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions and was responsible for shaping and driving the delivery strategy, technology innovations and regional expansion strategy across all countries and verticals. At Cognizant, he was also a founding member and global chief operations officer for the Banking & Financial Services business.
Raj Mamodia, founder and CEO of Brillio, said in a statement that Rane joins the company “as we are poised to accelerate our growth.”
“We’ve doubled down on our vision to be the digital transformation partner of choice for Fortune 1000 enterprises by reimagining what’s possible, and Sandeep will be an integral part in the pursuit of this goal,” Mamodia added.
Rane, who has vast experience in helping clients transform and navigate the shift to digital, will be an integral part of developing the company’s cybersecurity services, digital workplace services, digital office, and technology office. He will focus on developing the company’s expansion in Latin America and Romania and will lead growth in its vertical operations.

Brillio launched in 2014 as a digitally native engineering and advisory firm and now employs a team of nearly 4,000. It partners with companies across industries to guide them in their digital transformations.
