
Botwinick
Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost PC has named Gary Botwinick co-managing partner.
He joins Patricia Barbarito as co-managing partner, who has been with the firm for 39 years.
Botwinick has been with the Denville firm for 21 years and has been partner since 2001. He chairs the tax, trusts, and estates departments, and provides counsel to businesses and individuals on subjects such as business succession, premarital planning, and changes in law.
He also collaborates with Einhorn Harris’s matrimonial law group.
Botwinick is the former president of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey and a fellow at American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He was appointed by Gov. Chris Christie, during his administration, as a member of the New Jersey Israel Commission.
