Business consultancy firm Eisner Advisory Group LLC admitted four new partners in New Jersey, according to an Oct. 6 announcement.
The partners include tax partner Alexandra Colman, assurance services partner Jessica Estrella, tax partner Barbara Peña, and assurance services partner Robert Reilly. The partners took their positions Oct. 1 in EisnerAmper’s Iselin office.

Colman has advised clients on the tax implications of reorganizations, acquisitions, transfer pricing, doing business in new jurisdictions and ASC 740 for 15 years. She manages the compliance process and handles income tax audits for clients in industries including manufacturing, retail and distribution, and technology startups.
Estrella has spent 15 years applying technical expertise in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board standards including Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations and in leading assurance engagements of large, complex, multinational organizations. She is a member of the National Office of Professional Practice, playing a role in audit methodology development and in liaising with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Dynamic Audit Solution development team.
Peña has 20 years of experience specializing in corporate and partnership tax compliance, tax provisions, and consulting for large and mid-sized businesses. Her clients include domestic and multinational, public and private, with a focus on the distribution, life sciences, technology and insurance sectors.
Reilly provides assurance services in the Manufacturing and Distribution Group and the Pension Services Group. He’s co-leader of the Consumer Products Group. He has more than 25 years of experience working with clients in the consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, franchising, automotive and technology sectors. Additionally, as a member of the Pension Services Group, he serves clients with defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
