Accounting giant, EisnerAmper LLP, said Feb. 15 that it has admitted nine new partners – with three in the national firm’s New Jersey location – effective Feb. 1, 2021.

Christopher Park is a partner in the firm’s National Office of Professional Practice based in the Iselin. With more than 15 years of experience, Park supports the firm’s assurance practice in the areas of accounting and financial reporting, SEC reporting matters, and auditing and attestation standards. Additionally, he has significant experience assisting clients with complex accounting and reporting issues related to revenue recognition, business combinations and financing transactions as well as Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance and SEC reporting matters.
William Ryan is in the Private Business Services Group. He provides audit, assurance, tax and consulting services for private business clients with a focus in construction, real estate and manufacturing and distribution. He consults on complex transactions, review of internal controls and process improvements, and direct industry-specific advisory services. He also has expertise in the specialized issues of privately held businesses, including tax planning, exit strategies and inventory.
Kayla Konovitch is a partner in the Financial Services Group with approximately 10 years of experience, she provides advisory services to clients on tax strategy, transactions and accounting matters. Konovitch specializes in working with private equity funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, hedge funds and family offices. She has also worked with portfolio companies, closely held businesses, and high net worth individuals.
The following are all based out of the firm’s New York office.
David Pollack is a tax principal in the Financial Services Group based in the New York City office. With more than 15 years of experience, he specializes in tax services for clients in the financial services industry including hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds and venture capital funds. He also provides compliance and consulting services for clients in the sports, media and entertainment, life sciences, software development and retail sectors. Additionally, David has extensive experience with tax controversy matters.
Amir Segev is the firm’s chief technology officer based in the New York City office. With more than 30 years of experience, his background includes all areas of technology infrastructure, cloud computing and business applications delivery.
Marc Stahl is a partner in the Financial Services Group based in the New York City office. With more than 15 years of experience, he provides services to both start-ups and well-established clients including hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, management companies and family offices.
Tetyana Goruk is a partner and a member of EA RESIG LLC, based in the New York City office. With more than 15 years of experience, she has an extensive background in investment fund accounting and administration for private equity real estate funds, co-investment and feeder funds, tax blockers and REITs with focus areas in hospitality, retail, health care, residential land and homebuilding. Goruk oversees a variety of distressed and opportunistic debt and equity real estate funds as well as core plus and evergreen emerging manager vehicles.
Based in the Fort Lauderdale, Fla. office, Christine Gagnon is an audit partner and co-leader of the Florida Life Sciences and Technology Group. With more than 15 years of experience, she provides services to public and private clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, manufacturing, software, life sciences and technology. Christine’s expertise includes audits, reviews, compilations and agreed-upon procedures.
On our opposite coast, Matei Odobescu is a partner in the Financial Services Group based in the San Francisco, Calif. office. With more than 15 years of experience, he focuses on audit and accounting services for private investment funds. Matei’s expertise also includes fair value measurements for hard-to-value investments and accounting for complex financial instruments. He serves funds ranging from start-ups with assets under management of less than $10 million to established funds with net assets in excess of $2 billion.
