EisnerAmper will host its Ninth Annual 2019 New Jersey Business Summit where disruptive ideas are the name of the game.
As the U.S. strives to be a leader in the innovation economy, via leading-edge technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning, what role will the Garden State play? Will we “lead, follow, or get out of the way?” Will the new economy become a cashless one? Will cannabis provide a boost to the state’s economy?
Answers to those questions and more will be available on Nov. 13 at the Plainfield Country Club in Edison. Attendees can hear from an array of speakers on the economic, political and social ramifications of innovation. Plus, the afternoon will be filled with several workshops a special closing address by Olympic Gold Medalist and goalie Jim Craig on the upcoming 40th anniversary of the U.S. Olympic hockey team’s “Miracle on Ice.”
Craig will discuss the teamwork and dedication needed to achieve that “Miracle on Ice.” He will also talk about how this team transcended sports and became a social, political and pop-culture focal point that captured the public’s imagination.
