Electronics manufacturer leases industrial space in Somerville

Powerspec Inc., a custom electronic contract manufacturer, has leased a 9,000-square-foot industrial property in Somerville, Bussel Realty Corp. announced Wednesday.Anthony Mircovich, vice president of the real estate services firm represented the owner, and Jordan Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented the tenant.                  

“I am happy to have leased 25 Fourth St. to Powerspec, which will utilize the property for manufacturing and distribution purposes,” Mircovich said in a prepared statement.  “Activity on this high-ceiling, free standing building was incredible.” 

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
