Eos Energy Enterprises Inc. appointed John Tedone as chief accounting officer, the Edison-based company announced Feb. 14.
Tedone, who brings with him 25 years of financial leadership, will oversee the accounting, tax and SEC reporting functions at Eos, a leading provider of safe, scalable, efficient and sustainable zinc-based energy storage systems.
“As our company evolves and our needs become more complex, it will become increasingly critical to have experienced, dynamic professionals on our team,” CEO Joe Mastrangelo said in a prepared statement. “Jay will serve as a key resource in our Finance Department and will ensure that we continue to bring accountability and transparency to our shareholders.”
Tedone previously served as vice president, finance and chief accounting officer for Lydall Inc., a publicly traded, global provider of specialty filtration and advanced materials solutions. From 2007 through 2020, he has served as the vice president, Finance, and chief accounting officer of Kaman Corp., which he joined in 2004. Tedone has also held various financial management roles at Diageo North America, United Technologies Corp. and KPMG LLP.

A certified public accountant, Tedone earned an MBA in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
