Event company with national reach signs Morris County industrial lease

NAI James E. Hanson serves as the exclusive leasing team for a 53,000-square-foot industrial building in Morris County that just added a new tenant.

On Feb. 22, the full-service independent commercial real estate firm announced it represented a landlord to negotiate a lease at 85 Horsehill Road in Cedar Knolls for Events Management Inc.

NAI Hanson‘s William Ericksen, Scott Perkins and Chris Todd represented Horsehill Properties LLC in the transaction. The tenant’s representation was not disclosed.

The recently renovated building boasts accessibility to major roadways including Routes 10 and 24, and Interstates 80 and 287, on top of extensive parking and heavy power capabilities. According to NAI Hanson, 85 Horsehill Road’s multi-generational, long-term ownership also ensures the building has been well-maintained.

Nationwide operator Events Management Inc. will use the property to house dance recital equipment for events the company hosts across the country, NAI Hanson said.

The firm has tallied up a number of industrial deals of late, including in Kearny, Hackensack and Dayton.
