Located just 2 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295 and Route 70, the Evesham Corporate Center in Marlton secured a new tenant, WCRE announced.
BizMilestone LLC leased approximately 10,650 square feet of office space at the property located at 4A Eves Drive, WCRE said Dec. 1, where the new tenant will house the new headquarters and dance studio for Sports Administration Inc.
Vice President Bethany Brown represented the landlord and Vice President Phil Costa represented the tenant in this lease transaction.

Recreational company Sports Administration Inc. provides athletic programming to people of all ages and abilities to improve confidence, promote healthy self-perception, foster creativity and engage with the community.
WCRE was appointed exclusive leasing agent for the 135,000-square-foot Evesham Corporate Center in 2021.
The complex offers private access to each suite and ample parking, with availabilities ranging from 2,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet.
Area amenities include restaurants, retail shopping and hotels.
