Accounting

Nisivoccia LLP, an accounting and business advisory firm in Mount Arlington, promoted Man C. Lee and Christabel Valladares to principal.

Lee is a member of the governmental entity group and specializes in performing audits for county and municipal governments, school districts, as well as libraries and fire districts. She will celebrate 11 years with the firm this year.

Valladares, who has also been with the firm 11 years this year, is a member of the commercial audit group, where she specializes in providing audit, attest, tax and business consulting services for both profit and not-for-profit clients.

Hospitality

Willingboro-based Delco Development LLC hired Jenna DeSantis as social events specialist for the firm’s Aloft and Super 8 Hotels in Mount Laurel. It also promoted Meghan Lafferty Goins to vice president of sales and revenue.

DeSantis will assist in all areas of sales, event planning, catering and execution for social events at the Mount Laurel hotels. She was formerly events coordinator at Water’s Edge Restaurant & Bar in Bayville.

Goins, who was promoted from regional sales and marketing manager, will direct all of the company’s hotel division sales, marketing and revenue efforts. A graduate of Arcadia University, Goins began her hospitality sales career with The Marriott Vacation Club at the Fairway Villas near Atlantic City.

Law

Riker Danzig, a law firm in Morristown, added John M. Loalbo and John M. Tassillo Jr. as partners, Stephen J. Pagano as counsel and Lauren N. Spitser as associate.

Loalbo brings with him a trust and estate practice with a strong emphasis on probate litigation. He was previously a partner with Weiner Lesniak.

Tassillo was formerly a solo practitioner at the Law Office of John M. Tassillo Jr. LLC. His practice emphasizes estate planning, business succession planning and estate administration.

Pagano’s emphasis is on counseling estate and trust fiduciaries in probate and administration, and estate litigation. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Spitser joined Riker Danzig as an associate in the trusts and estates practice. She served in this same capacity with Lampf, Lipkind, Prupis & Petigrow P.C. and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.

Nonprofit

The Princeton Area Community Foundation named Carol P. Herring as its new chair. Herring succeeds David R. Scott, retired general counsel of Rutgers University, who will remain on the board after three years at the helm.

Herring has served as the Community Foundation’s board vice chair for the past two years, as well as a member of its asset building and grants and programs committees.

Technology

Data Dynamics Inc., a Teaneck-based storage management solutions provider for hybrid and private cloud storage environments, added Andrew Reichman as vice president of marketing and Sean McCarry as vice president of sales.

Reichman most recently led enterprise marketing at Amazon Web Services across all products and geographies. Prior to that, Reichman was a principal analyst at Forrester Research, where he led research coverage for storage hardware, software and networking systems.

McCarry’s last job was director of sales operations EMEA for Centrix Software. He also has held sales leadership positions with CA Technologies, SANpulse Technologies, Novell and Computacenter.

Transportation

VHB promoted Roberto Ramos to the state’s director of traffic systems in the engineering and design firm’s Newark office.

Ramos has worked closely with the Port Authority on complex traffic analyses at LaGuardia Airport, JFK International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport and more. He will continue managing traffic analyses for transportation agencies, planning organizations, local government, property owners and developers throughout New Jersey.
