Global executive search firm ZRG said Thursday it added a new leader for its Financial Services practice whose work experience includes stints at Spencer Stuart, Korn Ferry and time spent in the White House.
Managing Director Michael Castine will work out of Rochelle Park-based ZRG’s New York City office, which is slated to open in December, the firm said. “Michael adds tremendous value to our Financial Services team with his experience that extends across senior asset and wealth management executives, private equity, family office, board placement, and succession planning,” ZRG Chief Executive Officer Larry Hartmann said in a statement.
After serving as director, International Communications and Information for the National Security Council and as Deputy Director for Private Sector Initiatives at the White House, Castine spent 30 years working in the executive search field. At Spencer Stuart he was co-head of the Global Financial Services practice and he served as chairman for the Global Asset and Wealth Management practice at Korn Ferry, according to ZRG.
Castine was attracted to ZRG by its use of data-driven tools which, he said in a statement, are changing the practice of executive search, and producing better results for clients.
