Frank Louis and Jeanette Russell joined Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP as partners in the family law department.
The two join the firm from Louis & Russell, their boutique matrimonial law office in Toms River. They continue to work out of the same office, now under the Greenbaum Rowe banner, advancing the firm’s ongoing strategic expansion within New Jersey’s legal market into Monmouth and Ocean counties.
Louis joins Greenbaum Rowe with nearly 50 years of experience negotiating and litigating economically complex divorce cases. In his practice, he represents clients in all aspects of divorce, including asset distribution, child support and alimony. He’s the author of more than 50 published articles and, according to the firm, has aided in the “development of unique legal theories and precedent-setting judicial decisions in the area of family law.”
Russell’s family law practice addresses divorce and separation, child support and custody, alimony, asset valuation, and the drafting of prenuptial, postnuptial and settlement agreements. Early in her career, before becoming a partner in the Louis & Russell firm, she was an associate at Greenbaum Rowe. She is a member of the executive committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s family law section, and an active member of both the Monmouth and Ocean County Bar Association’s family law committees.
