Vantage Commercial announced on March 12 that Panchero’s Mexican Grill, a fast casual Tex- Mex restaurant, has signed a long-term lease at Heritage Square Shopping Center, 1871 Route 70 East, Cherry Hill.
The Heritage Square Shopping Center is conveniently located in the heart of Cherry Hill, just minutes from Interstate 295 and Routes 70 and 73. The center features a diverse roster of co-tenants, including Kyuramen Restaurant, Edible Arrangements, and Spivak Jewelers.
Leor Hemo, president and chief executive, and Emily Stein, director of Healthcare Services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with the landlord, William Nazarian of Everest Realty Company, to secure the long-term lease.
Vantage Commercial, acting as the exclusive listing broker for Heritage Square Shopping Center, has leased over 7,000 square feet of retail space in that location to national tenants in under 12 months. Considerable interest remains in the last available 1,200-square-foot vacancy.
