[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Residential homebuilder Fernmoor Homes has started the final phase of construction of Mi-Place at West Rancocas in Mount Holly, which will add 96 apartments and 12 townhomes to the existing 228 apartments and 4 townhomes.
“A community with vibrant housing is bound to grow, and we believe this new construction will help our town continue to develop,” said Mount Holly Deputy Mayor Chris Banks. “As an older town, adding more luxury, high-quality housing is a great sign of progress, and I look forward to seeing the good this will do for Mount Holly residents.”
Apartments and townhomes within Mi-Place at West Rancocas will have balconies, full-size washers and dryers and other desirable amenities, according to a Dec. 17 announcement.
“Working with Fernmoor Homes on this project has been a pleasure,” said Michael Sencindiver, partner with Pennsylvania-based developer KMS Development Partners. “We’ve been able to turn what was once an underdeveloped community into a beautiful development with housing for people looking to live in a great location.”
Mi-Place is convenient to retail destinations, restaurants, bars and breweries, and residents will have access to a community clubhouse and fitness center, a resident’s lounge and a dog park as well as pet-friendly accommodations.
“We’re proud to offer upscale living at a good price with rich amenities designed for modern living,” said Jeffrey Fernbach, president of Jackson-based Fernmoor Homes.
The property is also a short drive from Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, with military discounts available for residents.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
