Chocolate giant Ferrero appointed Alessandro Natola as president of Ferrero Canada, according to a Oct. 9 announcement.
Natola will lead the Canadian Business Unit and report to Ferrero NorthAmerica President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Chibe, based in Parsippany.
Natola was previously managing director for Ferrero Scandinavia for four years, leading a team that grew the business by 40 percent during his time there.

Natola – FERRERO
He’s held various positions at the company over his 13-year tenure, spanning several European countries and roles that included strategic planning, brand marketing, business development, and category and trade marketing.
Prior to joining Ferrero, Natola worked in the telecommunications industry in Italy and as a business analyst with Accenture.
“North America is a strategic growth market for the Ferrero Group. With the region’s growing brand portfolio and innovation pipeline, Natola’s global experience, strategic mindset and proven track record will be critical in achieving our growth ambitions,” said Chibe in a prepared statement.
Natola replaces Rudy Sequeira, who will take a new international assignment for Ferrero. He has been with the company since 2001 and had held the top position in Canada since 2016.
“I want to thank Rudy for his many accomplishments and unwavering commitment to the business during his time in Canada,” said Chibe. “Under his leadership, he improved market effectiveness, brand health and growth, increased visibility, and grew net sales annually. I look forward to seeing how he will continue to drive the Ferrero business in his next role.”
In his new role as Ferrero Canada president, Natola will also join the North American Leadership Team.
