First ground floor retailer opens at Asbury Ocean Club

Sojourn, the first ground floor retail tenant at Asbury Ocean Club, opened in Asbury Park.
Owners Stephanie Leopold and Amanda DiRobella founded Sojourn with a focus on sustainable goods. This shop, opened Aug. 10, is the duo’s second after opening the first in Bradley Beach.
“Asbury Ocean Club not only offers an unparalleled luxury, hospitality-style residential experience but also community-focused retail experiences in a thoughtful and organic way,” said Brian Cheripka, senior vice president of land and development at developer iStar. “Sojourn is a perfect addition to Asbury Ocean Club and our ground-floor retail space; they’re a local, Jersey Shore-born business and they offer a very curated and one-of-a-kind retail concept to their clients.”
The store sells clothing, accessories, and jewelry by independent designers as well as handpicked vintage items and farm flowers.
Its new home in the luxury residential Asbury Ocean Club is now over 50% sold with more than 25 sales in 2021 thus far.
