Flexible workspace opening at The Park in Berkeley Heights

The Connell Co. said Monday it partnered with Hana, a subsidiary of CBRE Group Inc., to open and operate Round Table Studios, a shared, flexible workspace at Connell Park (The Park) in Berkeley Heights.

Located at 200 Connell Drive, Round Table Studios will occupy 40,000 square feet at The Park, which is scheduled to open in late 2020. This is the first owner-branded managed solution for Hana, which operates flexible workspaces under its own brand in the U.S. and the U.K.

Located 22 miles west of New York City directly off Interstate 78 and within close proximity to the Summit and Berkeley Heights train stations, Round Table Studios at The Park offers a great location for both urban and suburban companies looking to provide employees with a healthy and productive local office solution.

Round Table Studios’ private workspaces are designed to promote a work-life balance. They provide curated office spaces, amenities and hospitality services for coworking, mid-to-large tenants and their guests. Offerings include best-in-class workspaces, an onsite health clinic by Eden Health, Round Table Studios fitness and nutrition teams, dining and barista services at the club’s restaurant RT Farm, catering and event planning solutions, as well as access to The Park’s outdoor workspaces, parks and walking trails.

Hana’s team will manage and operate all office-related aspects of Round Table Studios, including institutional-grade private workspaces for enterprise users as well as team meeting rooms and the shared, coworking-style space.
