Shifra Tarica joined Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC as of counsel.
Her practice concentrates on education law, as she provides general and special education representation to public boards of education and other educational institutions in New Jersey.

Tarica counsels her clients on areas of school law, including issues involving student discipline, student residency, civil rights, staff discipline, tenure rights, the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, the School Ethics Act, the Open Public Records Act, the Open Public Meetings Act, board policy review and development, as well as employment and contract matters.
She also handles Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act matters.
Tarica provides in-service training on a broad variety of school law and special education topics for school administrators, district personnel, and child study teams.
She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
